以江西东乡野生稻( Oryza rufipogon)为材料,分别测定了苗期、分蘖期、孕穗期、抽穗期和成熟期根际微生物区系变化和根际土壤酶活性。结果表明,不同生长期东乡野生稻根际土壤微生物数量存在差异,呈现出不同的变化趋势,其中细菌占绝对优势,放线菌次之,真菌最少。不同生长期东乡野生稻根际微生物各生理类群数量均呈现出先升后降的趋势,各生理类群间存在差异,其中以氨化细菌为主,自生固氮菌和反硝化细菌次之,硝化细菌和亚硝化细菌最少。不同生长期东乡野生稻根际土壤蔗糖酶、磷酸单酯酶、脲酶、过氧化物酶活性存在差异。相关性分析表明,细菌与过氧化物酶活性呈极显著正相关;放线菌与过氧化物酶活性呈极显著正相关,与脲酶呈显著正相关;真菌与过氧化物酶活性呈极显著负相关。

This paper studies the dynamics of microbial flora and enzyme activity in the rhizophere of Dongxiang wild rice ( Oryza rufipogon) at different growth stages including the seedling stage,tillering stage, booting stage,heading stage and mature period. The results showed that microbial numbers in the rhizophere soil at different stages were different and bacteria were dominant,followed by actinomycetes,and fungi were the least . The microbial flora numbers at different growth stages presented the trend of increase at first and then de?crease.The ammonifier bacteria were dominant, followed by azotobacteria and denitrobacteria, and nitrifying bacteria and nitrite bacteria were the least. The activity levels of sucrase,phosphates,urease and perodoxidase in the rhizophere soil were different.The correlation coefficients between the activity of peroxidase and bacteri?a,actinomycetes were significant.Fungi had a significant negative correlation with peroxidase.
