为筛选适合双季稻区晚稻机插育秧的育秧物质,指导晚稻机插育秧实践。以杂交晚稻五丰优T025为材料进行田间试验,设常规浸种( CK)、拌种剂拌种、旱育保姆拌种、在一叶一心时喷200 mg/kg 多效唑4个处理,研究不同育秧物质对机插晚稻秧苗生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明:不同育秧物质均有明显的矮化壮秧和增产作用,其中多效唑处理秧苗根数、假茎宽、苗体全氮含量及可溶性糖含量最高,潜在分蘖能力强成秧率最高且较对照高出5.11%;机插质量最好且漏蔸率较对照降低3.00%;产量最高且较对照增加11.89%。综合来看,多效唑是较好的机插晚稻育秧物质。

The effects of different seedling culture substances upon the growth characteristics of mechani?cal transplanted seedlings of late hybrid rice and its yield were studied. The super hybrid rice WUFENYOU T025 for double rice cropping system was used as the experimental material,with four different treatments in?cluding soaking with mixed seed dressing agents,soaking with dry nurse,spraying of 200 mg/kg paclobutrazol at the first developed leaf stage and conventional soaking as the control.The results showed that all the seedling culture substances can significantly dwarf seedlings and enhance yield,in which the seedlings treated with pa?clobutrazol had the highest number of seedling roots,biggest pseudostem width,biggest total nitrogen content and soluble sugar content,the strongest potential tillering ability,the best quality of seedlings,5.11% higher seedling survival rate and 3.00% lower inferior impurity of rice bunch than CK by the way of mechanical rice transplanter;and the yield was 11.89% higher than that of the control.Therefore,the seedling culture substance paclobutrazol is suitable for enhancing the rice seedling quality of mechanical transplanted late bybrid rice.
