As the medium of communicating knowledge and the main body of imparting knowledge and solving doubts,col-lege English teachers need to establish and cultivate a compound,open,and developing teaching paradigm by adopting vari-ous and diverse teaching strategies in accordance with different distinctive“teaching”and“learning”situation to maximize the teaching efficiency.
