为实现驱动大电流电机的目标,以PIC单片机主处理器作为硬件,利用L M5106良好驱动性能,控制MOSFET导通,实现电机起动、正反转以及制动等操作。软件主要解决对系统的智能检测与控制,以PWM信号生成来实现多种加速度曲线的调速。试验证明本系统具有驱动能力强,可控性良好等优点。

Aimed to realize the driving of the high-cur-rent motor, the PIC single chip LM5106 acted as hardware, was applied as main processor to control the on-off of the MOSFET, start the motor and fulfill clockwise, counter clockwise rotating and braking relying on the excellent driving performance of the single chip while the software was in charge of the intelligent test and control onto the sys-tem, in which the PWM signal was used to implement the motor’s speed-regulation with various kind of acceleration curves.
