对定子线圈端部渐开线(包括过渡圆)的计算方法进行了详细推导,给出了端部曲线待求参量所满足的数学方程。运用Matlab对发电机的定子线圈端部进行了精确的求解,并用Pro/E完成了四极1300 MW汽轮发电机定子线圈及线模的三维参数化设计。
對定子線圈耑部漸開線(包括過渡圓)的計算方法進行瞭詳細推導,給齣瞭耑部麯線待求參量所滿足的數學方程。運用Matlab對髮電機的定子線圈耑部進行瞭精確的求解,併用Pro/E完成瞭四極1300 MW汽輪髮電機定子線圈及線模的三維參數化設計。

Method to calculate the stator end winding involute (including the transition circle) was derived in de-tail while the methatic formula, in which the curve parame-ters of the end was required to meet with this formula, was worked out. The precise calculation on the stator coil end was done by means of Matlab while the 3D parametric de-sign on the stator coil of 4 pole 1 300 MW turbine generator and its gelled winding former were completed by means of Pro/E.
