在设计过程中对发电机各重要部件的温度分布进行计算,对于保证发电机的安全可靠运行具有重要意义。运用行波电磁场理论与有限元分析方法,对千兆瓦级核电发电机的定子端部电磁场及温度场的耦合场进行了计算分析。计算结果表明该型发电机端部结构和风路设计合理、可靠,端部结构件的温升裕度较大。
在設計過程中對髮電機各重要部件的溫度分佈進行計算,對于保證髮電機的安全可靠運行具有重要意義。運用行波電磁場理論與有限元分析方法,對韆兆瓦級覈電髮電機的定子耑部電磁場及溫度場的耦閤場進行瞭計算分析。計算結果錶明該型髮電機耑部結構和風路設計閤理、可靠,耑部結構件的溫升裕度較大。

It was of great importance for generator op-eration security to calculate the temperature distribution of various kinds of main components during the design stage of the generator. The sinusoidal traveling wave FEM theory and finite element analysis method were applied to calculate and analyze the end electromagnetic field of the stator as well as the coupled temperature field. The calculation re-sults showed that the generator end structure as well as air duct design was reasonable and reliable, with a wide margin of the temperature rise of this end structure.
