从主人公身份来讲，祥子和五龙在进城之前都是传统的农民。《米》和《骆驼祥子》的叙事借用了“农民进城”的模式，展现了淳朴农民被城市异化的过程。打破文本的界限，以互文性的视角来观照这两部作品，发现在小说的人物设置上，两部作品的人物形象的塑造以及在叙事中所担负的功能都具有明显的趋同性，甚至人物所代表的深层含义都存在着对应的关系。同时，两部作品都通过展示欲望（米、车）对人性的束缚，性的压抑来表现主人公的生命之痛。在人物生存状态上，祥子与五龙同样处于孤立无援的地位。

The identity of characters from Rice and Camel Xiangzi is peasant.Both Xiangzi and Wulong are kind-hearted peasants.The relationship of these two works is corresponding to each other, even in the further meaning about the setting of charac-ters.What is more, through the depression of desire, the authors try to show the panic of life, such as the lack of rice and vehicle, or the constraint of sex.Finally, Xiangzi is lonely in the world because there is no one to help him, so does Wulong.By analyzing the surface structure and the deep implication, this article attempts to discover and interpret the intertextuality between these two no-vels.
