采用水热合成法制备了无模板剂ZSM-5分子筛,考察了制备工艺对无模板剂ZSM-5分子筛结构的影响,并用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、傅立叶变换-红外光谱(FT-IR)和 N2低温吸附(BET)等方法对合成产物的物相、形貌和酸性等进行了表征。结果表明,在140℃晶化24 h,可制得性能较好的无模板剂ZSM-5分子筛,其相对结晶度为151%,具有较大的比表面积、适中的酸强度和较高的热稳定性,在催化甲醇制丙烯(MTP)单程反应中,甲醇转化率为100%,丙烯选择性为39.5%。
採用水熱閤成法製備瞭無模闆劑ZSM-5分子篩,攷察瞭製備工藝對無模闆劑ZSM-5分子篩結構的影響,併用X-射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、NH3程序升溫脫附(NH3-TPD)、傅立葉變換-紅外光譜(FT-IR)和 N2低溫吸附(BET)等方法對閤成產物的物相、形貌和痠性等進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明,在140℃晶化24 h,可製得性能較好的無模闆劑ZSM-5分子篩,其相對結晶度為151%,具有較大的比錶麵積、適中的痠彊度和較高的熱穩定性,在催化甲醇製丙烯(MTP)單程反應中,甲醇轉化率為100%,丙烯選擇性為39.5%。

ZSM-5 zeolite was prepared by template-free hydrothermal synthesis method. The samples were characterized by NH3 temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD), Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and low-temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption technique(BET). The effects of process conditions on the structure and performance of ZSM-5 molecular sieves were investigated. The results showed that under the optimum process conditions of adding crystal seed 1% and crystallization time 24 h at 140℃, the relative crystallinity, crystal particle size and specific surface area of ZSM-5 zeolite product were 151%, 150 nm and 447.8 m2/g, respectively. When the ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized was applied to methanol to propylene(MTP) reaction under typical conditions, the conversion of methanol was 100%, the selectivity of propylene reached 39.5%.
