目的：探讨肠外营养对鼻咽癌放化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法将58例鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组，各29例。两组均行放化疗，并给予自然饮食，观察组同时给予肠外营养治疗。观察两组治疗前后免疫功能指标变化情况。结果两组治疗前 CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD19＋、CD4＋／CD8＋、CD16＋56＋比较差异均无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；观察组上述指标治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；对照组治疗后 CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋、CD16＋56＋均较治疗前下降（ P ＜0．05）， CD8＋较治疗前升高（ P ＜0．05）；两组治疗后比较，观察组 CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋、CD16＋56＋高于对照组（ P ＜0．05或 P＜0．01）。结论行放化疗鼻咽癌患者同时给予肠外营养治疗，能明显改善患者 T 淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤细胞免疫功能。

목적：탐토장외영양대비인암방화료환자면역공능적영향。방법장58례비인암환자수궤분위량조，각29례。량조균행방화료，병급여자연음식，관찰조동시급여장외영양치료。관찰량조치료전후면역공능지표변화정황。결과량조치료전 CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD19＋、CD4＋／CD8＋、CD16＋56＋비교차이균무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）；관찰조상술지표치료전후비교차이균무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）；대조조치료후 CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋、CD16＋56＋균교치료전하강（ P ＜0．05）， CD8＋교치료전승고（ P ＜0．05）；량조치료후비교，관찰조 CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋、CD16＋56＋고우대조조（ P ＜0．05혹 P＜0．01）。결론행방화료비인암환자동시급여장외영양치료，능명현개선환자 T 림파세포아군급자연살상세포면역공능。
Objective To investigate the effect of parenteral nutrition on the immune function of patients undergoing nasopharyn -geal carcinoma chemotherapy.Methods Fifty-eight cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 29 cases in each group,both the groups underwent chemoradiation therapy and were given natural diet ,but the observa-tion group received the additional treatment of parenteral nutrition ,and the indexes of changes of immune function of two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD19+,CD4+/CD8+ and CD16+ changes showed no significant difference in the two groups before treatment ( P >0.05),and the above indexes of the observation group before and after treatment showed no sig -nificant difference ( P <0.05).CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD16+56 + of the control group were lower than that before treatment ( P<0.05) but CD8 +increased( P <0.05),and the above indexes of observation group after treatment were higher than that of the control group( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion Nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment combined with paren -teral nutrition treatment can significantly improve the lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cell immune function of the patients .
