目的：探讨甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法将86例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组，各43例。对照组给予诺和锐30联合阿卡波糖治疗，观察组给予甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗。治疗3个月后，观察两组临床疗效及低血糖事件发生率，治疗前后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h 血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）及超敏 C 反应蛋白（hs－CRP）指标。结果观察组患者有效率为88．37％，对照组为83．72％，两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；观察组低血糖事件发生率为2．33％，低于对照组的18．60％（ P ＜0．05）。治疗前两组 FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c 及 hs－CRP 比较差异均无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；治疗3个月后，除对照组 hs－CRP 外，两组上述指标均有明显下降；两组治疗后比较，观察组FBG 低于对照组（ P ＜0．01），其他指标两组差异均无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。结论甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病效果显著，可有效降低低血糖事件发生率，平稳降糖，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토감정이도소연합아잡파당치료2형당뇨병적림상효과。방법장86례2형당뇨병환자수궤분위량조，각43례。대조조급여낙화예30연합아잡파당치료，관찰조급여감정이도소연합아잡파당치료。치료3개월후，관찰량조림상료효급저혈당사건발생솔，치료전후공복혈당（FBG）、찬후2 h 혈당（2 h PG）、당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）급초민 C 반응단백（hs－CRP）지표。결과관찰조환자유효솔위88．37％，대조조위83．72％，량조유효솔비교차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）；관찰조저혈당사건발생솔위2．33％，저우대조조적18．60％（ P ＜0．05）。치료전량조 FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c 급 hs－CRP 비교차이균무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）；치료3개월후，제대조조 hs－CRP 외，량조상술지표균유명현하강；량조치료후비교，관찰조FBG 저우대조조（ P ＜0．01），기타지표량조차이균무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）。결론감정이도소연합아잡파당치료2형당뇨병효과현저，가유효강저저혈당사건발생솔，평은강당，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To study the clinical effects of insulin glargine and aspart 30 combined with acarbose in treatment of II diabetes mellitus as well as the hypoglycemia occurrence rate .Methods Eighty-six cases of poorly-controlled II diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups ,with 43 cases in each group.The contrast group took the treatment of insulin glargine combined with acarbose and the observation group took the medication of aspart 30 combined with acarbose.Clinical effects of the two groups ,hypogly-cemia occurrence rate during treatment ,fasting blood glucose (FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglo-bin (HbAlc) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) were observed 3 months after treatment.Results Observation group’s efficiency rate was 88.37%; contrast group’s efficiency rate was 83.72%; there was no statistically significant difference ( P >0.05) in the two groups.The hypoglycemia occurrence rate in observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than 18.60% of contrast group ( P <0.05).FBG,2 h PG,,HbAlc and hs-CRP of the two groups before treatment showed no significant difference ( P >0.05),but 3 months after treatment except for hs -CRP of the contrast group, the above indexes of the two groups decreased significantly and FBG was lower than that of the control group after treatment ( P <0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference between the oth -er indexes of the two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of insulin glargine combined with acarbose for II diabetes mellitus patient is satisfactory and can lower the occurrence rate of hypoglycemia and reduce blood glucose steadily .
