目的:探讨小剂量地塞米松联合氨溴索雾化治疗早产儿支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的临床效果。方法将76例早产 BPD 患儿随机分为两组,各38例。两组均给予肠外营养、保暖、吸氧等支持对症治疗。对照组给予0.3~0.5 mg/(kg? d)地塞米松在氧气驱动下雾化吸入,观察组给予0.1 mg/(kg? d)地塞米松+10 mg/d 氨溴索在氧气驱动下雾化吸入,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿吸氧时间短于对照组( P <0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为89.47%,高于对照组的57.89%( P <0.01);两组均未出现药物不良反应。结论小剂量地塞米松联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗早产儿 BPD 效果显著,利于患儿早日脱离吸氧,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토소제량지새미송연합안추색무화치료조산인지기관폐발육불량(BPD)적림상효과。방법장76례조산 BPD 환인수궤분위량조,각38례。량조균급여장외영양、보난、흡양등지지대증치료。대조조급여0.3~0.5 mg/(kg? d)지새미송재양기구동하무화흡입,관찰조급여0.1 mg/(kg? d)지새미송+10 mg/d 안추색재양기구동하무화흡입,대비량조림상치료효과。결과관찰조환인흡양시간단우대조조( P <0.01);관찰조치료총유효솔위89.47%,고우대조조적57.89%( P <0.01);량조균미출현약물불량반응。결론소제량지새미송연합안추색무화흡입치료조산인 BPD 효과현저,리우환인조일탈리흡양,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small dose of dexamethasone and ambroxol atomization in treatment of premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD).Methods Seventy-six premature children with BPD were randomly di -vided into observation group and control group (n =38 each),and the two groups were given parenteral nutrition ,warmth keeping,oxy-gen and other symptomatic treatment ,the control group was given 0.3 ~0.5 mg/(kg? d)dexamethasone in oxygen driven aerosol ,and the observation group was given 0.1 mg/(kg? d)dexamethasone +10 mg/d ambroxol in oxygen driven Aerosol .The curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results The oxygen inhalation time of observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group( P <0.01);and the total efficiency rate of observation group was 89.47%, higher than that in control group 57.89% ( P <0.01).No adverse drug reaction was registered in the two groups .Conclusion Small dose of dexamethasone and ambroxol in treat -ment of premature BPD is effective and can help children to stop oxygen inhalation as early as possible .
