目的：探讨宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位的临床效果及安全性。方法将60例 III 度宫颈柱状上皮异位患者随机分为两组，各30例。两组均给予 LEEP 治疗，观察组术后第7天、第14天、第21天时创面局部涂抹 bFGF。结果观察组术后第14天、第21天创面愈合面积均高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；观察组术后阴道流液时间和创面愈合时间均短于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；观察组治疗有效率为93．33％，高于对照组的73．33％（ P ＜0．05）；两组均未发生大出血、术后宫颈粘连等严重并发症。结论LEEP 联合 bFGF 治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位可促进创面愈合，缩短愈合时间，减少术后阴道流液，疗效肯定。
목적：탐토궁경배형전절술（LEEP）연합감성성섬유세포생장인자（bFGF）치료궁경주상상피이위적림상효과급안전성。방법장60례 III 도궁경주상상피이위환자수궤분위량조，각30례。량조균급여 LEEP 치료，관찰조술후제7천、제14천、제21천시창면국부도말 bFGF。결과관찰조술후제14천、제21천창면유합면적균고우대조조（ P ＜0．05）；관찰조술후음도류액시간화창면유합시간균단우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；관찰조치료유효솔위93．33％，고우대조조적73．33％（ P ＜0．05）；량조균미발생대출혈、술후궁경점련등엄중병발증。결론LEEP 연합 bFGF 치료궁경주상상피이위가촉진창면유합，축단유합시간，감소술후음도류액，료효긍정。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of the loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP)com-bined with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the treatment of cervical ectopic columnar epithelium .Methods Sixty patients with III degree cervical ectopic columnar epithelium randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,were treated with LEEP therapy.The observation group was given topical bFGF treatment on 7 d,14 d and 21 d after operation. Results On 14 d and 21 d after operation, the wound healing area in observation group was larger than that in the control group ( P <0.05),postoperative vaginal discharge time and wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group ( P <0.01),the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33% of the control group ( P <0.05).No serious complications such as postoperative bleeding and cervical adhesions occurred in the two groups .Conclusion LEEP combined with bF-GF in the treatment of ectopic cervical columnar epithelium can promote wound healing , shorten the wound healing time and reduce postoperative vaginal discharge .
