目的:分析急性脑卒中患者动态心电图改变的特点。方法选取100例急性脑卒中患者,行24 h 动态心电图监测,分析结果。结果100例患者中,动态心电图异常率为82.0%,以 ST-T 异常、电压异常多见;脑干及丘脑部位卒中患者心律失常发生率高于其他部位( P <0.05),ST-T 异常发生率低于其他部位( P<0.05);脑缺血患者心律失常发生率高于脑出血患者( P <0.05)。结论急性脑卒中患者动态心电图异常表现主要以 ST-T 异常、电压异常多见,卒中部位位于脑干及丘脑患者、脑缺血患者更易出现心律失常表现。

목적:분석급성뇌졸중환자동태심전도개변적특점。방법선취100례급성뇌졸중환자,행24 h 동태심전도감측,분석결과。결과100례환자중,동태심전도이상솔위82.0%,이 ST-T 이상、전압이상다견;뇌간급구뇌부위졸중환자심률실상발생솔고우기타부위( P <0.05),ST-T 이상발생솔저우기타부위( P<0.05);뇌결혈환자심률실상발생솔고우뇌출혈환자( P <0.05)。결론급성뇌졸중환자동태심전도이상표현주요이 ST-T 이상、전압이상다견,졸중부위위우뇌간급구뇌환자、뇌결혈환자경역출현심률실상표현。
Objective To analyze dynamic electrocardiogram changes in acute brain stroke patients and its clinical signifi -cance.Methods One hundred cases of acute cerebral apoplexy patients undergoing 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram were selected and the results were analyzed.Results Among 100 patients,dynamic electrocardiogram abnormal rate was 82.0% with ST-T abnormal change and arrhythmia frequently registered .The occurrence rates of brainstem and thalamus arrhythmia were higher than that of the other sites ( P <0.05),abnormal rate of ST-T was lower than that of the other parts ( P <0.05),the abnormal rate of cerebral cardi -ac ischemia in patients with arrhythmias was significantly higher than that of patients with cerebral hemorrhage ( P <0.05).Conclu-sion Abnormal electrocardiogram dynamic change of acute cerebral stroke patients is mainly manifested as ST -T abnormalities and ar-rhythmias frequently seen in the brainstem and thalamus and stroke and cerebral ischemia are more prone to cardiac arrhythmias .
