A new type of resin-bonded abrasive rail-cutting wheels has been developed by adjusting and optimizing the formulation,structure,pressing and baking technologies,including the selection of materials,the adjustment of semi-finished product density and the optimization of curing curve. This cutting wheel can make at least 3 cuts of 60# standard rail,with max. 2. 0 minutes for each cut. The cut faces are bright and non-scorching,and the cutting operation is smooth and highly efficient.
