党的十八大报告提出“推动高等教育内涵式发展”的高校发展理念，探索“内涵式发展道路”成为高校“十二·五”发展规划的主要任务。文章立足于广西师范学院这一地方性高校，以高等教育内涵式发展为理论基础，结合地方高校发展实际，探讨内涵式发展在地方高校发展中的必要性和指导性，考察在此理念指引下地方高校如何建构符合地方发展实际需要的人才培养模式。

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC report put forward the idea of"develop-ment of colleges and universities to promote the higher education in connotative development",explo-ring the connotation of"way of development" has become the main task of twelfth five-year plan of Colleges and universities.The article is based on Guangxi Normal University with the actual develop-ment of local colleges and universities;this paper discusses the necessity and guidance in the connota-tive development in local colleges and universities to construct patterns of the actual needs in cultiva-ting talents.
