目的：观察超强玻璃纤维加流动树脂牙周夹板（ FRC）应用于因牙周病造成的松动后牙固定的临床疗效。方法：选择牙周病患者50例，经过系统牙周基础治疗后，用FRC固定松动后牙，1年后观察临床效果。结果：50例患者松动后牙固定1年后成功率为90％，咀嚼功能满意度100％，口腔清洁满意度92％。结论：FRC固定松动后牙，可恢复患者咀嚼功能，有利于口腔清洁，能有效保存松动后牙。
목적：관찰초강파리섬유가류동수지아주협판（ FRC）응용우인아주병조성적송동후아고정적림상료효。방법：선택아주병환자50례，경과계통아주기출치료후，용FRC고정송동후아，1년후관찰림상효과。결과：50례환자송동후아고정1년후성공솔위90％，저작공능만의도100％，구강청길만의도92％。결론：FRC고정송동후아，가회복환자저작공능，유리우구강청길，능유효보존송동후아。
AIM: To investigate the clinical effect of super glass fiber-reinforced composite periodontal splint ( FRC) on the fixation of loosen posterior teeth caused by periodontal disease.METHODS:50 patients with per-iodontal disease were included.After systematic periodontal treatment, FRC periodontal splint was used to fix the loos-en posterior teeth.The clinical effect was observed one year after the treatment.RESULTS:The success rate of stabili-zing the loosen posterior teeth by FRC was 90%.Masticatory function was restored in 100% cases and 90% patients showed good oral hygiene status.CONCLUSION:FRC is effective in the fixation of loosen posterior teeth, restoring masticatory function and keeping oral hygiene.
