目的:分析根管内器械折断的特点及治疗方法,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法:收集根管内器械折断患者94例,记录折断器械的类型及其在根管内的位置,分析器械折断的特点并制定临床治疗方案,记录折断器械取出的成功率。结果:94例折断器械中,发生于前牙10例,前磨牙15例,磨牙69例;其中不锈钢锉30例,镍钛锉49例,超声工作尖5例,拔髓针3例,螺旋输送器7例。发生于根管上段14例;中段28例;下端52例。显微镜下取出66例,成功率为70.2%。结论:器械折断好发于磨牙细小根管中下段,显微超声技术是处理根管内折断器械有效的治疗方法,结合其他技术可有效提高治疗的成功率并减少并发症。

목적:분석근관내기계절단적특점급치료방법,이기위림상치료제공삼고。방법:수집근관내기계절단환자94례,기록절단기계적류형급기재근관내적위치,분석기계절단적특점병제정림상치료방안,기록절단기계취출적성공솔。결과:94례절단기계중,발생우전아10례,전마아15례,마아69례;기중불수강촤30례,얼태촤49례,초성공작첨5례,발수침3례,라선수송기7례。발생우근관상단14례;중단28례;하단52례。현미경하취출66례,성공솔위70.2%。결론:기계절단호발우마아세소근관중하단,현미초성기술시처리근관내절단기계유효적치료방법,결합기타기술가유효제고치료적성공솔병감소병발증。
AIM:To observe the characteristics of broken instruments in root canals and to evaluate the suc-cess rate of broken instrument removal.METHODS:94 cases with broken instruments in root canals were collected. The types and position of the broken instruments in root canals were recorded.Success rate of the broken instrument re-moval was analysed.RESULTS:Among the 94 broken instruments in root canals,10 were in anterior teeth,15 in pre-molars and 69 in molars.Concerning the types of instruments, 30 were stainless steel files, 49 nickel-titanium rotary instrunlents, 5 ultrasonic tips, 3 barbed broaches and 7 spiral conveyors.In regard to position of broken instruments, 14 were in upper root canals, 28 in middle root canals, and 52 in lower root canals.The success rate of broken instru-ments removal was 70.2%under dental operating microscope.CONCLUSION:Broken instrument occurred frequent-ly in the middle and lower part of small canals in molars.Micro-ultrasonic technique is effective in clinical assessment and management of broken instruments in root canals.
