目的:评估3.5代聚酰胺-胺树枝状分子(PAMAM)对牙本质小管的阻塞能力。方法:收集32个完整离体第三磨牙制备32个脱矿牙本质模型,并将其随机分为A、B、C、D 4组(n=8),分别置于3.5代PAMAM溶液中处理0、1、30、60 min后,再同时浸泡于人工唾液中再矿化2周,然后分别用傅里叶变换红外分光镜( FT-IR)、场发射扫描电镜( FE-SEM)、能谱仪( EDS)观察检测。结果:A组牙本质小管完全开放;B、C、D各组经PAMMA处理相应时间后,其大部分牙本质小管口均被矿化物封闭,B、C、D组牙本质小管封闭深度分别为(26.31±2.45)、(25.34±2.57)、(30.36±2.15)μm ,3组间差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);A、B、C、D 4组钙磷比值两两间差异亦均无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论:3.5代聚酰胺-胺对脱矿牙本质小管有一定的封闭作用,但其作用时间与牙本质小管的封闭效果无明显相关性。

목적:평고3.5대취선알-알수지상분자(PAMAM)대아본질소관적조새능력。방법:수집32개완정리체제삼마아제비32개탈광아본질모형,병장기수궤분위A、B、C、D 4조(n=8),분별치우3.5대PAMAM용액중처리0、1、30、60 min후,재동시침포우인공타액중재광화2주,연후분별용부리협변환홍외분광경( FT-IR)、장발사소묘전경( FE-SEM)、능보의( EDS)관찰검측。결과:A조아본질소관완전개방;B、C、D각조경PAMMA처리상응시간후,기대부분아본질소관구균피광화물봉폐,B、C、D조아본질소관봉폐심도분별위(26.31±2.45)、(25.34±2.57)、(30.36±2.15)μm ,3조간차이무통계학의의( P>0.05);A、B、C、D 4조개린비치량량간차이역균무통계학의의( P>0.05)。결론:3.5대취선알-알대탈광아본질소관유일정적봉폐작용,단기작용시간여아본질소관적봉폐효과무명현상관성。
AIM: To evaluate the occluding ability of the 3.5 th generation of polyamidoamine dendrimer (PAMAM) on human dentinal tubules.METHODS:32 extracted human third molars were used to make sensitive dentin models and were divided into 4 groups (A, B, C and D) (n=8)randomly.The dentin models were treated with G3.5 PAMAM for 0(A), 1(B), 30(C) and 60(D) min respectively and subsequently immersed into artificial saliva for 2 weeks.The dentin discs were observed by Fouier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy ( FT-IR) , field emission scanning electron microscope ( FE-SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer ( EDS) respectively.RESULTS:The oc-cluding depth (μm) in group B, C and D were 26.31 ±2.45, 25.34 ±2.57 and 30.36 ±2.15 respectively (P>0.05).The dentinal tubules in group A were all open.The Ca/P ratios were no significantly different among 4 groups (P>0.05).CONCLUTION:3.5 th generation of polyamidoamine dendrimer has occlusion effect on sensi-tive dentinal tubules.However, there was no significant correlation between its action time and the occluding capability.
