采用有限体积法建立椭圆形轴承流场的数值分析模型,并运用FLUENT求解椭圆形轴承流场,分析轴承椭圆度、偏心率等参数对轴承动特性的影响,并对不同转速下椭圆形轴承的Taylor涡进行研究。结果表明:随着椭圆度的增大,整个轴承-转子系统的稳定性提高;油膜压力随着偏心率近似线性增加;随着转速的增大,湍流Taylor涡开始出现,数目逐渐增加,涡流形状逐渐由规则变为不规则。
採用有限體積法建立橢圓形軸承流場的數值分析模型,併運用FLUENT求解橢圓形軸承流場,分析軸承橢圓度、偏心率等參數對軸承動特性的影響,併對不同轉速下橢圓形軸承的Taylor渦進行研究。結果錶明:隨著橢圓度的增大,整箇軸承-轉子繫統的穩定性提高;油膜壓力隨著偏心率近似線性增加;隨著轉速的增大,湍流Taylor渦開始齣現,數目逐漸增加,渦流形狀逐漸由規則變為不規則。
채용유한체적법건립타원형축승류장적수치분석모형,병운용FLUENT구해타원형축승류장,분석축승타원도、편심솔등삼수대축승동특성적영향,병대불동전속하타원형축승적Taylor와진행연구。결과표명:수착타원도적증대,정개축승-전자계통적은정성제고;유막압력수착편심솔근사선성증가;수착전속적증대,단류Taylor와개시출현,수목축점증가,와류형상축점유규칙변위불규칙。
The numerical model of the flow field of elliptical bearings was built by finite volume method.The effects of the ellipticity and eccentricity on the dynamic characteristics of the bearing film were analyzed,and the Taylor flows of dif-ferent velocities were studied by FLUENT.The results show that,with the increase of ellipticity,the stability of the bearing rotor system is improved.Oil film pressure is increased approximately linearly with the increase of eccentricity.With the in-crease of speed,the turbulent Taylor vortex appears,and the number of vortex is increased gradually,vortex changes from regular shape to irregular shape.
