通过对X100和X80管线钢横截面试样进行OM, SEM, TEM和EBSD观察,研究了X100和X80管线钢的显微组织和冲击韧性,并采用EBSD技术获得材料的有效晶粒尺寸和晶界取向角,得出有效晶粒尺寸和大角度晶界比例是影响管线钢冲击韧性的重要因素。对冲击断口中出现的分层裂纹进行了研究,得出BF带、 M/A带和原奥氏体晶界破裂促使管线钢产生分层裂纹。

In this paper, through observing cross-section specimen of X100 and X80 pipeline steel by OM, SEM, TEM methods, the microstructure and impact toughness of X100 and X80 pipeline steel were studied, adopting EBSD technology to obtain the effective grain size of material and grain boundary orientation angle, it is concluded that the effective grain size and large angle grain boundary ratio are the important factors influencing the impact toughness of pipeline steel. It also studied the lamination cracks appeared in impact fracture, it is concluded that the BF zone, M/A zone and the rupture of original austenite grain boundary promote lamination cracks to appear in pipeline steel.
