为阐明高海拔和低海拔产地生产的烟草种子是否存在活力及出苗差异,将低海拔产地(西双版纳)和高海拔产地(曲靖、昭通)生产的MS云烟85、MS云烟87、MS K326种子在光照培养箱中分别进行常温(26℃)、低温(13℃)萌发,2012—2013年分别在6个高海拔烟叶产区进行漂浮育苗,比较不同产地收获的种子室内发芽以及室外出苗和成苗速率。结果表明,不同海拔产地生产的烟草种子在常温下萌发,其发芽时间、发芽率没有明显差异,低温条件下,低海拔产地(西双版纳)生产的MS云烟85和MS云烟87种子的发芽率分别优于高海拔产地(曲靖、昭通)生产的种子;不同海拔产地生产的烟草种子在同一年份同一烟区的出苗时间差异不大,成苗时间相同。因此,种子产地的海拔高度不影响烟草种子的活力及出苗速率,种子活力的高低以及出苗的快慢与萌发及出苗时的温度有关。
為闡明高海拔和低海拔產地生產的煙草種子是否存在活力及齣苗差異,將低海拔產地(西雙版納)和高海拔產地(麯靖、昭通)生產的MS雲煙85、MS雲煙87、MS K326種子在光照培養箱中分彆進行常溫(26℃)、低溫(13℃)萌髮,2012—2013年分彆在6箇高海拔煙葉產區進行漂浮育苗,比較不同產地收穫的種子室內髮芽以及室外齣苗和成苗速率。結果錶明,不同海拔產地生產的煙草種子在常溫下萌髮,其髮芽時間、髮芽率沒有明顯差異,低溫條件下,低海拔產地(西雙版納)生產的MS雲煙85和MS雲煙87種子的髮芽率分彆優于高海拔產地(麯靖、昭通)生產的種子;不同海拔產地生產的煙草種子在同一年份同一煙區的齣苗時間差異不大,成苗時間相同。因此,種子產地的海拔高度不影響煙草種子的活力及齣苗速率,種子活力的高低以及齣苗的快慢與萌髮及齣苗時的溫度有關。

In order to investigate the possible difference of seed vigor and seedling of tobacco seed produced in high altitude and low altitude, the seeds of MS Yunyan 85, MS Yunyan 87 and MS K326 produced in low altitude (Banna) and high altitude such as Qujing and Zhaotong were germinated under room temperature (26℃) and low temperature (13 ℃), respectively. Comparison of emergence time and seedling time also were conducted in 6 tobacco-plant regions. The results showed that germination rate and germination percentage of seeds were almost the same under room temperature. The seed germination percentage of MS Yunyan 85 and MS Yunyan 87 produced in low altitude were higher than that in high altitude. The seeding time of all seeds was almost the same, which were sown in the same tobacco-plant region in the same year. The seedling time was the same. So the seed vigor and seedling rate of tobacco seed cannot be influenced by the altitude of seed production.
