针对不依赖于价格的不确定需求，建立了全球供应链数量折扣与退货组合契约模型。除考虑一国国内供应链的契约参数外，模型中还考虑了全球供应链的汇率、国际运输成本分担比例、关税等因素。通过模型分析，得到数量折扣与退货组合契约实现全球供应链协调时组合契约参量应满足的关系。通过实例分析发现：数量折扣与退货组合契约和单纯的退货契约均可实现全球供应链的协调；当运输成本分担比例确定时，相对于单纯的退货契约，数量折扣与退货组合契约有更多的决策方案可以实现全球供应链的协调，在决策和利润分配时具有更大的灵活性。

The model for the combined contract with quantity discount and return policy is presented for the global supply chain facing uncertain demand , which is not dependant on price .The exchange rate and the cost sharing for international transport are taken into account besides parameters of the domestic supply chain .The conditions for the combined contract with quantity discounts and return policy to coordinate the global supply chain are ob -tained by model analysis .Furthermore , through numerical examples , we find that both the return policy and the combined contract with quantity discount and return policy can coordinate the supply chain and the combined contract has more decision schemes to coordinate the supply chain than that of pure return policy when the cost sharing for international transport is given .So, the combined contract is more flexible than the pure return policy as to the decision-making and the distribution of profits .
