胰腺囊性肿瘤（PCN）是以囊性改变为主胰腺肿瘤的统称。常见的PCN分为浆液性囊性肿瘤（SCN）、黏液性囊性肿瘤（MCN）、导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤（IPMN）、实性假乳头性肿瘤（SPT）等。各型肿瘤生物学特性各异，良恶性均有涉及，因此提高PCN的术前影像学诊断对临床有一定的指导意义。本文就PCN的影像学表现、病理特点及鉴别诊断进行综述。
胰腺囊性腫瘤（PCN）是以囊性改變為主胰腺腫瘤的統稱。常見的PCN分為漿液性囊性腫瘤（SCN）、黏液性囊性腫瘤（MCN）、導管內乳頭狀黏液性腫瘤（IPMN）、實性假乳頭性腫瘤（SPT）等。各型腫瘤生物學特性各異，良噁性均有涉及，因此提高PCN的術前影像學診斷對臨床有一定的指導意義。本文就PCN的影像學錶現、病理特點及鑒彆診斷進行綜述。

Pancreatic cystic neoplasms (PCNs) are a group of neoplasms in the pancreas. The most common types of PCNs include serous cystic neoplasms, mucinous cystic neoplasms, intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms and solid pseudopapillary tumors. Different PCNs have various biological characteristics covering malignant and benign. To increase the accuracy of preoperative imaging diagnosis is useful for clinical prognosis. This review is focused on CT and MRI features, differential diagnosis and pathological characteristics of PCNs.
