The water balance of the river sector from Jiuzhou to Gongguoqiao is related to the adjusta-ble hydropower.This paper , based on a contrastive analysis of the hydrological data of Jiuzhou and Gongguoqiao stations , finds that their peak discharge processes are similar , fluctuations change in a similar way , changing trends correspond with the general laws of the evolution of peak discharge , and the flood water in the sector is roughly balanced.
