The questionnaire survey held once each year by The Open University of Japan plays an important role in ensuring the teaching resources’ quality and attracting more students to take distance education. The Open University of China has already created large varieties of teaching resources. It guarantees these teaching resources to suit for learners needs and improve the teaching quality. So it’s very necessary to get direct feedback of students’ respects. Thus, the regular questionnaire survey is an effective measure in teaching.
