澳大利亚职业教育独具特色，本文通过文献整理及实地考察，从澳洲职教体系、培训框架、TAFE学院、培训包和师资等几方面进行综述介绍。并通过这一体系对我国高职院校，尤其是骨干院校建设给出一定参考意见。为高职骨干院校建设后示范提供一点建设思路。

Australian vocational education and training system is now regarded as one of advanced level in the world. Through literature reorganization and field trips, this paper gives a thorough introduction of Australian vocational education from the perspectives of vocational education system、AQTF、TAFE、training packages and teachers training and so on. On this basis, the paper proposes some reflections on National Key Vocational College Building.
