笔者运用浸渍法测定了花椒树上棉蚜对啶虫脒乳油、高渗高效氯氰菊酯乳油、三唑磷乳油和辛硫磷乳油的抗毒力。试验结果表明,啶虫脒乳油对棉蚜的毒力水平最高,LC50值为0.000178 g/mL;其次为高渗高效氯氰菊酯乳油(LC50为0.001835 g/mL),辛硫磷乳油(LC50为0.015003 g/mL),而三唑磷乳油的毒力水平最低,其LC50仅为0.025260 g/mL.
筆者運用浸漬法測定瞭花椒樹上棉蚜對啶蟲脒乳油、高滲高效氯氰菊酯乳油、三唑燐乳油和辛硫燐乳油的抗毒力。試驗結果錶明,啶蟲脒乳油對棉蚜的毒力水平最高,LC50值為0.000178 g/mL;其次為高滲高效氯氰菊酯乳油(LC50為0.001835 g/mL),辛硫燐乳油(LC50為0.015003 g/mL),而三唑燐乳油的毒力水平最低,其LC50僅為0.025260 g/mL.
필자운용침지법측정료화초수상면아대정충미유유、고삼고효록청국지유유、삼서린유유화신류린유유적항독력。시험결과표명,정충미유유대면아적독력수평최고,LC50치위0.000178 g/mL;기차위고삼고효록청국지유유(LC50위0.001835 g/mL),신류린유유(LC50위0.015003 g/mL),이삼서린유유적독력수평최저,기LC50부위0.025260 g/mL.
Using the dipping method ,the toxicity of acetamiprid , beta-cypermethrin , triazophos and phoxim to Aphis gossy-pii Glover.on Zanthxylu bugeam Maxim.was measured.The result indicated that the toxicity of acetamiprid was the high-est(LC50 was 0.000 178 g/mL), followed by beta-cypermethrin, phoxim(LC50 was 0.001 835 g/mL and 0.015 003 g/mL respectively),and the toxicity of triazophos was the lowest (LC50 was 0.025 260 g/ml) among all the agents.
