笔者以黑果枸杞健壮母树2年生~3年生枝为试材,通过温室扦插育苗试验,探索插穗采集时间和不同浓度的生长调节剂( GGR)对黑果枸杞温室扦插育苗成活率及生长量的影响。试验表明,黑果枸杞扦插育苗时春天采集插条成活率高;春天采集的插穗用浓度为150 mg/kg的GGR处理,可使成活率提高到74.0%,扦插黑果枸杞苗最高苗高为40 cm,最大地径0.36 cm.

2~3 year old branch of Lycium ruthenicum seed tree as material , the article exploded the influence of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.cuttings collection time and the use of growth regulators ( GGR) on the seedling survival rate and the im-pact of growth after treatment .Tests showed that collection in spring had a high survival rate of cuttings; spring cuttings treated with the concentration of 150 mg/kg of GGR could improve the survival rate to 74.0%, maximum seedling height 40 cm, maximum ground diameter 0.36 cm.
