对武汉石化催化重整装置掺炼加氢裂化重石脑油和乙烯抽余油前后的一些主要操作参数进行了对比,通过总结装置运行情况,发现总的三苯收率和氢气产率分别提高了3个百分点和1.18个百分点,装置的总能耗虽有所上升但单位动力费则下降4.6元/t,每年可增效2820万元。此外还针对装置掺炼重石脑油和乙烯抽余油后出现的主要问题进行了分析。

The paper compared main operation parameters of the catalytic cracking refor-ming unit of Wuhan Branch Co .before and after blending hydrogenation cracking heavy naphtha and ethylene raffinate oil and summarized running situation of the unit , found that the total yield of triphenyl and yield of hydrogen were respectively increased by 3%and 1.18%, which could increase economic profit by 28.2 million yuan.Total energy consumption of the unit was raised slightly but power cost per ton was decreased by 4.6 yuan, which could beneficiate 2 820 mil-lion yuan each year.Furthermore, main problems existing on the unit in course of blending heavy naphtha and ethylene raffinate oil were analyzed .
