根据轴承压装机系统工作流程和控制要求,从网络级、监控级、控制级对系统进行了总体设计。以工控机为上位机, PLC为下位机模式,通过FX2-485通讯协议实现上、下位机之间的通讯。上位机由组态王软件提供友好的人机界面,下位机编制了基于三菱PLC控制程序。通过现场实践证明,该设计能较好地完成系统要求的各项功能,效果良好。

Based on the work process and control require of the bearing mounting machine , the total designing was made , which included three levels:the network level , the monitor level and control level .The industrial PC was a-dopted for the upper computer , and the PLC was adopted for the lower computer .The upper and lower computers commu-nicated through the FX 2-485 communication protocol implementation .The upper computer provided a friendly man -ma-chine interface by kingview software , and the control program was compiled based on mitsubishi PLC for the lower comput-er.The designing could complete each function of the system requirements , and the result was good .
