目的:探讨水中尸体的死亡特征和死亡原因,为水中尸体案件的定性和死亡方式判定提供参考。方法回顾性分析郑州市公安局2008至2012年120例水中尸体案件资料,对死者年龄、性别、死亡原因、死亡方式等进行统计分析。结果120例水中尸体中男68.3%,女31.7%;年龄3个月~75岁,相对集中在21~40岁之间,死亡方式以意外多见,尸检符合溺水死亡尸体特征,其次为自杀,他杀少见。结论水中尸体的死亡方式以意外多见,自杀其次,他杀少见。要结合尸体解剖、组织病理学检验、毒物检验、硅藻检验、现场勘查以及案情调查等多个方面,查清入水方式,为死亡方式判定提供依据。

목적:탐토수중시체적사망특정화사망원인,위수중시체안건적정성화사망방식판정제공삼고。방법회고성분석정주시공안국2008지2012년120례수중시체안건자료,대사자년령、성별、사망원인、사망방식등진행통계분석。결과120례수중시체중남68.3%,녀31.7%;년령3개월~75세,상대집중재21~40세지간,사망방식이의외다견,시검부합닉수사망시체특정,기차위자살,타살소견。결론수중시체적사망방식이의외다견,자살기차,타살소견。요결합시체해부、조직병이학검험、독물검험、규조검험、현장감사이급안정조사등다개방면,사청입수방식,위사망방식판정제공의거。
Objective To Study the medicolegal characteristics,the cause of death the manner of death of cadavers in water for medicolegal investigation. Methods To retrospectively analyse 120 cases of cadavers in water of Zhengzhou City Public Security Bureau from 2008 to 2012 on the age,sex,cause of death,manner of death for statistical analysis. Results The male was 68.33%,and the female was 31.67% in the 120 cases of cadavers in water.The age was from 3 months to 75 years,relatively concentrated upon 21 to 40 years old.The manner of death was accident ,followed by suicide and homicide. The medicolegal autopsy of drowning death commonly accorded with the characteristics of drowning. Conclusion The manner of death of cadavers in water usually was accident,followed by suicide,homicide. It should be combined with medicolegal autopsy,histopathology examination,toxicology screening,diatom identification,crime scene investigation of the case,etc.,for identifying the manner of death and providing the data for medicolegal identification in cadavers of water.
