目的:观察和分析中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(centeral serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)患者荧光素钠和吲哚青绿眼底血管同步造影中脉络膜、视网膜血管的早期充盈特点。方法用海德堡眼底血管造影仪对23例CSCR患者行荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)和吲哚青绿眼底血管造影(ICGA),并分别观察 FFA 和 ICGA 中视网膜、脉络膜动脉的充盈时间。结果23例患者(23眼)眼底血管的早期充盈状态有两种形式:12例患者脉络膜动脉的充盈在 ICGA 中早于视网膜中央动脉,在 FFA 中却晚于视网膜中央动脉;11例患者脉络膜动脉的充盈在ICGA和FFA中均晚于视网膜中央动脉。两种充盈状态下ICGA和FFA中脉络膜动脉充盈时间、视网膜动脉充盈时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CSC 患者眼底血管的早期充盈状态中充盈倒置现象的发生与脉络膜及视网膜血流动力学异常有关。

목적:관찰화분석중심성장액성맥락막시망막병변(centeral serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)환자형광소납화신타청록안저혈관동보조영중맥락막、시망막혈관적조기충영특점。방법용해덕보안저혈관조영의대23례CSCR환자행형광소안저혈관조영(FFA)화신타청록안저혈관조영(ICGA),병분별관찰 FFA 화 ICGA 중시망막、맥락막동맥적충영시간。결과23례환자(23안)안저혈관적조기충영상태유량충형식:12례환자맥락막동맥적충영재 ICGA 중조우시망막중앙동맥,재 FFA 중각만우시망막중앙동맥;11례환자맥락막동맥적충영재ICGA화FFA중균만우시망막중앙동맥。량충충영상태하ICGA화FFA중맥락막동맥충영시간、시망막동맥충영시간차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 CSC 환자안저혈관적조기충영상태중충영도치현상적발생여맥락막급시망막혈류동역학이상유관。
Objective To take advantage of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)and indocyanine green angiography(ICGA)to observe and analyse early filling characteristics of the retina and choroid blood vessels in patients with centeral serous chorioretinopathy(CSC). Methods FFA and ICGA were performed on 23 patients with CSC at the same time with Heidelberg retina angiography,then observing the filling time of the retina and choroid blood vessels in FFA and ICGA respectively. Results We observed two forms of retinal and choroid blood vessels in the early filling state in 23 patients (23 eyes):In simultaneous angiography,12 patients’filling time of the choroid blood vessels before the retina’s in ICGA but late the retina’s in FFA. filling time of the choroid blood vessels late the retina’s in 1 1 patients.The difference of and retinal artery filling time in ICGA and FFA in two kinds of filling condition had statistical significance (P <0.05 ). Conclusion The choroid blood vessels’s filling time is late the retina’s in CSC patients.This phenomena are related to the choroid and retinal hemodynamic abnormalities.
