以STT153型塔吊为仿真原型,对其机械结构、操作方式进行了分析,主要运用以Unity 3 D为主的虚拟现实技术方法对塔吊作业现场及工作原理进行建模和仿真,创建了一个实时交互式的塔吊作业仿真平台。

The modeling simulation of the tower crane based on virtual reality technology has many advantages, such as the low cost, no environment limit, no experimental time limit and so on. In this article, taking the STT153 type tower crane as the simulation prototype, the mechanical structure and mode of operation are analysed. It creates a real-time interactive crane operation simulation platform by using the method of virtual reality technology in Unity 3D.
