施工管理创新是建筑工程项目发展的必然趋势，虽然创新的方式有很多种，但是最重要的就是思想观念的创新，因为意识决定行动，如果没有创新意识，就不会有创新行动，因此要采取各种方法，提高施工管理人员的创新意识。本文主要通过对创新必然性介绍，进而探讨了建筑工程项目施工管理创新的思路，希望能够为早日实现项目施工管理的创新模式提供借鉴。

The innovation of construction management is the inevitable trend of construction engineering project development,although there are many innovative ways, but the concept of innovation is the most important idea, because consciousness decided to act,if there is no awareness of innovation,there would be no innovation action, therefore,to adopt various methods, improve the construction management personnel’s awareness of innovation.This paper mainly through the introduction of innovation necessity,and discusses the construction project construction management innovation ideas,hope to provide reference for the early realization of the innovation pattern of construction project management.
