利用数值模拟,对等离子外沉积制砣系统中空气流场调整和改进,得到不同空气流场。试验发现在进气布局调整后,空气流场得到明显的改善,挥发物位置的气流结构改善更有利于挥发物的排出,减弱了制砣位置的卡门漩涡,有利于避免挥发物污染,得到高洁净度的石英砣。实验表明改进空气流场能加速挥发物的排出,有利于提高光纤用石英砣的整体质量。
利用數值模擬,對等離子外沉積製砣繫統中空氣流場調整和改進,得到不同空氣流場。試驗髮現在進氣佈跼調整後,空氣流場得到明顯的改善,揮髮物位置的氣流結構改善更有利于揮髮物的排齣,減弱瞭製砣位置的卡門漩渦,有利于避免揮髮物汙染,得到高潔淨度的石英砣。實驗錶明改進空氣流場能加速揮髮物的排齣,有利于提高光纖用石英砣的整體質量。
이용수치모의,대등리자외침적제타계통중공기류장조정화개진,득도불동공기류장。시험발현재진기포국조정후,공기류장득도명현적개선,휘발물위치적기류결구개선경유리우휘발물적배출,감약료제타위치적잡문선와,유리우피면휘발물오염,득도고길정도적석영타。실험표명개진공기류장능가속휘발물적배출,유리우제고광섬용석영타적정체질량。
Using the numerical simulation,adjust and improve theairflow field of the optical manufacturing plant with witch the optical manufacturing system based on the plasma surface deposition technique,to obtain the different airflow field. We discoverd obvious improve of the airflow field through our experiments,and the improvement of airflow structure on the volatiles of the position is conducive to eliminate volatiles,weakened the von Karman vortices on the position of sliding- manufacture,is conducive to avoid the pollute of volatiles,to obtain high purity quartz sliding.Experiments proved that improve theairflow field to be able to speed the volatiles’ elimination,and to enhance the overall quality of the optical-fiber with quartz sliding.
