通过水洗、浮选和石灰中和三种方式对磷石膏进行了预处理。将预处理磷石膏煅烧成复相磷石膏,测试不同预处理方式对复相磷石膏水化性能的影响。结果表明:石灰中和磷石膏制备的复相磷石膏水化后晶体结构较好,抗折、抗压强度分别达到4.65MPa、14.9MPa。

The calcined multiphase phosphogypsum was produced with phosphogypsum, which was pretreated using the methods of washing, neutralizing with quick lime, floating. and the effectiveness, problems and feasibility of pretreatment are analyzed. The results showed that Lime treatment is best pretreatment to produce multiphase phosphogypsum, flexural and compressive strength of which was 4.65MPa and 14.9MPa separately.
