采用高温熔融法制备了 SiO2-Li2O-Al2O3-MgO为基质系统的Gd3+、Ce3+掺杂的玻璃样品,研究了玻璃闪烁体中Gd3+引入对其发光性能的影响,结果表明:玻璃闪烁中Gd3+的引入存在Gd3+→Ce3+能量转移机制,有利于提高玻璃闪烁体的发光强度,Gd3+的引入同时提高了玻璃闪烁体的光碱度,使发射波长产生了相应的红移,Stokes位移变大;Gd3+在玻璃闪烁中较佳掺杂范围在15%左右,过高会产生浓度淬灭效应,不利于玻璃闪烁体的发光。

The SiO2-Li2O-Al2O3-MgO system based samples doping with rare earth Ce3+ ions and Gd3+ ions are synthesized by high temperature melting method. Effects of Gd3+ on luminescent properties of glass scintillator have been studied. Results of meausred radioluminescence spectra show that the introduction of Gd3+ in glass improves the scintillator luminescent intensitiy because of Gd3+→Ce3+ energy transfer mechanism, and at the same time, the introduction of Gd3+ increase Optical basicity of glass scintillator, so that the corresponding emission wavelength red-shift and larger Stokes shift produced; Gd3+ content in the glass have a better range about 15%, too high will not help to luminescence of glass scintillator because of corresponding concentration quenching effect.
