介绍景洪水电站大坝坝体建基面及坝体深层抗滑稳定复核分析计算和处理措施,经计算结果分析,在考虑上游齿槽作用下,正常蓄水位工况下,不能满足规范要求;在不考虑上游齿槽作用下,正常水位工况和导游底孔封堵工况下,不能满足规范要求。根据计算成果,结合电站的施工进度及不利结构面的组合情况,经考虑最终采用齿槽+锚索+锚筋桩+高压固结灌浆的综合处理措施。景洪水电站自2008年4月电站下闸蓄水以来,大坝在经历了正常蓄水位和高水位运行后,通过监测发现坝基深部变形很小,坝基变形已经趋于稳定。

The paper deals with the dam body foundation of Jinghong hydropower plant , check, analysis and calcu-lation of its deep sliding resistance stability and the treatment measures .The calculation results show that the re-quirement of the specifications can not be satisfied under the normal storage level condition when taking into account the action of the upstream cutoff trench and that when the action of the upstream cutoff trench is not taken into con -sideration under the operating condition of normal storage level and the diversion bottom outlet being not plugged , the requirement of the specifications can not be met either .After thinking over the condition , the comprehensive treatment measures composed of cutoff trench +anchorage cable +high pressure consolidation grouting were final-ly taken according to the calculation results , the project construction schedule and unfavorable combination of shearing planes .Since gate closing and impounding of Jinghong hydropower plant in April 2008 the dam has experi-enced operation at both the normal storage level and the high water level .The dam instrumentation indicates that the dam foundation deep deformation is very small and the dam foundation deformation has already become stable .
