目的：探讨对糖尿病合并高脂血症性胰腺炎患者进行临床分析。方法此次临床研究主要以该院在2013年1月—2014年2月收治的22例糖尿病合并高脂血症性胰腺炎患者为对象，对所有研究对象进行回顾性分析，总结糖尿病合并高脂血症性胰腺炎临床发病的特点以及预防和治疗经验。结果该研究的22例患者经过科学的治疗，最终无一例死亡，全部痊愈出院。结论控制糖尿病患者血糖并采取多种手段的综合治疗，改善预后，减少高脂血症性胰腺炎的发生率。
목적：탐토대당뇨병합병고지혈증성이선염환자진행림상분석。방법차차림상연구주요이해원재2013년1월—2014년2월수치적22례당뇨병합병고지혈증성이선염환자위대상，대소유연구대상진행회고성분석，총결당뇨병합병고지혈증성이선염림상발병적특점이급예방화치료경험。결과해연구적22례환자경과과학적치료，최종무일례사망，전부전유출원。결론공제당뇨병환자혈당병채취다충수단적종합치료，개선예후，감소고지혈증성이선염적발생솔。
Objective To analyze the patients with diabetes complicated by hyperlipidemic pancreatitis clinically. Methods 22 cases of patients with diabetes complicated by hyperlipidemic pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from September, 2013 to February, 2014 were selected as the subjects of this study and they were analyzed retrospectively, the clinical characteristics, pre_vention and treatment experience of diabetes complicated by hyperlipidemic pancreatitis were summarized. Results After scientific treatment, all the 22 patients in this study recovered and discharged with no case of death eventually. Conclusion Controlling the blood sugar of the patients with diabetes and comprehensive treatment of a variety of means can improve the prognosis and reduce the incidence of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.
