对尿素CO2脱氢催化剂失活的研究表明:无论以煤、天然气还是渣油为原料的尿素厂,硫中毒是导致脱氢催化剂失活的主要原因。硫中毒失活的脱氢催化剂,经过再生处理,可恢复到接近新鲜脱氢催化剂的活性,完全能够满足工业应用要求,从而节省了催化剂的运行费用。

The study of urea CO2 dehydrogenation catalyst deactivation indicate that sulfur poisoning is the main reason lead to dehydrogenation catalyst deactivation in urea factories whose raw material are coal, gas or residue oil. Sulfur poisoning deactivation of dehydrogenation catalysts can be recovered to fresh activity of dehydrogenation catalyst by retexture, which could satisfy to industrial application requirement, thus operating expense of catalyst will be saved.
