高压喷射灌浆具有对坝体原结构影响较小、施工较简单、工程造价相对较低的特点,是病险坝防渗加固的有效措施。青海温泉水库除险加固工程选用先进的施工设备和施工工艺,用高压旋喷灌浆技术对坝基础黄沙及粉细砂地基进行加固处理,通过现场试验及施工工艺的控制确定旋喷方案和施工参数,针对高原地区海拔高、气温低、地质复杂,加之工程本身土层含水量大导致灌浆28 d钻孔取芯时岩性出现不凝固液塑状态的问题,经分析研究采用延长凝结时间至120 d的处理方法,取得了较好的效果。

The high-pressure jet grouting features little impact on dam structure, simple construction and lower construction cost.It is one effective measure to prevent seepage and reinforce the hazard and defect dams.In the hazard elimination and reinforcement of Qinghai Wenquan reservoir , the foundation with yellow and silty sand is treated by the high-pressure grouting technology through application of advanced equipment and technology .The jet scheme and construction parameters are controlled and determined by site test and construc-tion technology.As high elevation, lower temperature and complicated geological conditions in the plateau region as well as the core being taken at 28 d after hole being grouted is in liquid plastic because of the high water content of the soil layer , the setting time is extended to 120 d after analysis and study and the expected result is achieved .
