简要介绍我厂常减压装置初常顶部位腐蚀情况，分析了塔顶油气的腐蚀机理，重点介绍了装置塔顶空冷器管束材质升级情况以及09 Cr2 AlMoRe材质在我装置的使用现状。对装置初常顶空冷部位材质提供参考，达到避免运行过程中发生空冷管束腐蚀泄漏，延长使用寿命的目的。

This article briefly introduces the corrosion our atmospheric vacuum distillation unit,and analyses ac-tion mechanism in the top of oil and gas. The use status quo of material air-cooled bundle and 09 Cr2 AlMoRe was chiefly introduced. To provide the reference for the material of air-cooled bundle,and avoid leakage and extend the service life of tube bundle when the corrosion occurred in the operation process of air cooling tube bundle.
