目的：分析手术显微镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合术的方法和注意事项。方法对19例（19只眼）慢性泪囊炎患者，在手术显微镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合术。结果19例术后泪道冲洗通畅，无溢泪和流脓症状，内眦部皮肤瘢痕轻微。结论手术显微镜下的泪囊鼻腔吻合术，解剖结构清晰、操作准确、创伤小、皮肤瘢痕不明显，是治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法。
목적：분석수술현미경하행루낭비강문합술적방법화주의사항。방법대19례（19지안）만성루낭염환자，재수술현미경하행루낭비강문합술。결과19례술후루도충세통창，무일루화류농증상，내자부피부반흔경미。결론수술현미경하적루낭비강문합술，해부결구청석、조작준학、창상소、피부반흔불명현，시치료만성루낭염적유효방법。
Objective To analysis the method and announcements of dacryocystorhinostomy under microscope. Methods 19 cases with chronic dacryocystitis accepted the dacryocystorhinostomy under microscope. Results Irrigation of lacrimal passage of all the 19 cases were unobstructed and the symptom of epiphora and Pyorrhea were disappearred. Light linar scar were found at the skin of endocanthion. Conclusion Dacryocystorhinostomy under microscope is an effec-tive method in threaping the chronic dacryocystitis because of the clear structure ,accurate operation and slight trauma.
