通过反应釜水热合成法结合溶剂挥发诱导自组装策略制备了一种具有酸、碱双功能基团的有机-无机杂化介孔膦酸钛材料,可用于同时降低主流烟气中多种有害成分。采用X射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、比表面积孔径分析(BET)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TG)等,对制备的双功能介孔膦酸钛材料进行结构表征,并考察其对卷烟烟气有害成分的吸附去除性能。结果表明:(1)该介孔膦酸钛具有较高比表面积和二维六方介观结构,其比表面积高达606 m2/g,孔径2.8 nm。(2)在滤嘴中添加介孔膦酸钛后,卷烟样品主流烟气中的氢氰酸、苯酚和氨的释放量分别降低了38.89%,41.74%和53.07%。
通過反應釜水熱閤成法結閤溶劑揮髮誘導自組裝策略製備瞭一種具有痠、堿雙功能基糰的有機-無機雜化介孔膦痠鈦材料,可用于同時降低主流煙氣中多種有害成分。採用X射線粉末衍射分析(XRD)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、比錶麵積孔徑分析(BET)、傅立葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)和熱重分析(TG)等,對製備的雙功能介孔膦痠鈦材料進行結構錶徵,併攷察其對捲煙煙氣有害成分的吸附去除性能。結果錶明:(1)該介孔膦痠鈦具有較高比錶麵積和二維六方介觀結構,其比錶麵積高達606 m2/g,孔徑2.8 nm。(2)在濾嘴中添加介孔膦痠鈦後,捲煙樣品主流煙氣中的氫氰痠、苯酚和氨的釋放量分彆降低瞭38.89%,41.74%和53.07%。

A bifunctional organic-inorganic mesoporous titanium phosphonate hybrids containing acidic and alkali centers, which could simultaneously remove multiple hazardous compounds in mainstream cigarette smoke, was synthesized by an autoclaving process combined with the evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA) strategy. The synthesized mesoporous titanium phosphonate was characterized by XRD, TEM, BET, FT-IR and TG measurements. Results showed that:1) Mesoporous titanium phosphonate possessed high surface area and exhibited a typical hexagonal mesophase. 2) When mesoporous titanium phosphonate was added into cigarette filter, deliveries of hydrogen cyanide, phenol and ammonia in mainstream cigarette smoke reduced by 38.89%, 41.74%and 53.07%, respectively.
