富春江船闸扩建改造工程采用第二类分散输水系统。输水系统布置受到限制,新建船闸充水阀门上下游输水廊道在较短距离内存在连续的水平和垂直转弯,且阀门后廊道平顺段长度较短,阀门进出水流流态较为复杂。通过减压模型对输水阀门进行了试验研究;通过常压模型对新老输水系统衔接段进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:(“平面渐扩”+“大衔接池”)的新老输水系统衔接方案及“顶扩体型”的阀门段布置型式,辅以“门楣通气”工程措施后,廊道内的水流条件较好,空化噪声得到有效抑制,空化问题得到有效解决。

The second type of filling and emptying system was used in ship lock reconstruction project on Fuc?hun River. Because the layout of water system was limited, there was consecutive level and vertical turn of culvert up and down filling valve. The length of culvert smooth section was shorter, and the water flow of water inlet and out?let from valve was complex. Experimental research on filling wave was carried out through decompressed model tests, and the experimental research on the joint of new and old water system was hold through atmospheric model test. The test results show that:with the (flat diverging+big convergence pool) of new and old water system and top expansion valve arrangement type segment, supplemented by lintel ventilation engineering measures, the flow condi?tion of culvert is pretty good, the cavitation noise and the cavitation problem are effectively restrained.
