目的:研究重度子痫前期患者胎盘中促红细胞生成素及促红细胞生成素受体的表达。方法:选择重度子痫前期患者20例和正常妊娠孕妇10例,采用免疫组化染色SP法观察两组胎盘中EPO及EPOR的定位和表达量的差异。用逆转录-聚合酶链反应检测两组胎盘组织中的EPO及EPOR的mRNA表达水平的差异。结果:EPO及EPOR主要表达于胎盘合体滋养细胞和血管内皮细胞,绒毛间质无明显的阳性染色。重度子痫前期组患者胎盘中E-PO、EPOR的表达水平与正常孕妇组比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期组中EPO及EPOR表达水平呈正相关(r=0.86,P<0.05)。结论:重度子痫前期患者胎盘中EPO及EPOR的表达明显高于正常妊娠组,且EPO及EPOR表达呈明显的正相关。EPO及EPOR表达改变在妊娠高血压疾病中有重要的作用。

목적:연구중도자간전기환자태반중촉홍세포생성소급촉홍세포생성소수체적표체。방법:선택중도자간전기환자20례화정상임신잉부10례,채용면역조화염색SP법관찰량조태반중EPO급EPOR적정위화표체량적차이。용역전록-취합매련반응검측량조태반조직중적EPO급EPOR적mRNA표체수평적차이。결과:EPO급EPOR주요표체우태반합체자양세포화혈관내피세포,융모간질무명현적양성염색。중도자간전기조환자태반중E-PO、EPOR적표체수평여정상잉부조비교명현승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。중도자간전기조중EPO급EPOR표체수평정정상관(r=0.86,P<0.05)。결론:중도자간전기환자태반중EPO급EPOR적표체명현고우정상임신조,차EPO급EPOR표체정명현적정상관。EPO급EPOR표체개변재임신고혈압질병중유중요적작용。
Objective:To detecte the expression of erythropoietin (EPO) and erythropoietin receptor (EPOR) in the human placenta of severe pre-eclampsia. Methods: Twenty patients with severe pre-eclampsia and ten normal pregnant women were selected. Immunohistochemical SP staining was used to observe the location and expression level differences of EPO and EPOR in placenta. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to test the difference expression of mRNA of EPO and EPOR in placental tissue in two sets. Results:EPO and the EPOR were expressed mainly in placental syncytiotrophoblast and vascular endothelial cells, and there was no obvious positive staining in villous mes_enchymal. Expression levels of EPO and EPOR with the severe pre-eclampsia group, compared with the normal pregnant women group, were significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the severe pre-eclamp_sia group,EPO and EPOR expression was positively correlated (r=0.86,P<0.05). Conclusion:Expression of EPO and EPOR in severe preeclampsia placenta was significantly higher than in the normal pregnancy group, and expression level of EPO and EPOR showed a significant positive correlation. EPO and EPOR expression changes in pregnancy-induced hyperten_sion play an important role in disease.
