目的：探讨淋巴细胞白血病及淋巴瘤的T淋巴细胞受体（TCR）Vβ亚家族分布特点。方法：用逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）检测急性淋巴细胞白血病5例，慢性淋巴细胞白血病2例，弥漫大B淋巴瘤3例及外周T淋巴瘤3例患者的外周血或淋巴结T淋巴细胞TCR Vβ亚家族表达。对照组为健康人8例。结果：对照组健康8例外周血淋巴细胞表达全部24个Vβ亚家族。急性淋巴细胞白血病和慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者外周血淋巴细胞TCR Vβ亚家族均呈限制性表达，外周T淋巴瘤2例和弥漫大B淋巴瘤1例Vβ亚家族呈限制性表达，另外3例表达未受抑制。而淋巴瘤患者淋巴结标本Vβ亚家族全部呈限制性表达。结论：TCR基因重排对淋巴瘤和淋巴细胞白血病的诊断有辅助作用。
목적：탐토림파세포백혈병급림파류적T림파세포수체（TCR）Vβ아가족분포특점。방법：용역전록취합매련반응（RT-PCR）검측급성림파세포백혈병5례，만성림파세포백혈병2례，미만대B림파류3례급외주T림파류3례환자적외주혈혹림파결T림파세포TCR Vβ아가족표체。대조조위건강인8례。결과：대조조건강8예외주혈림파세포표체전부24개Vβ아가족。급성림파세포백혈병화만성림파세포백혈병환자외주혈림파세포TCR Vβ아가족균정한제성표체，외주T림파류2례화미만대B림파류1례Vβ아가족정한제성표체，령외3례표체미수억제。이림파류환자림파결표본Vβ아가족전부정한제성표체。결론：TCR기인중배대림파류화림파세포백혈병적진단유보조작용。
Objective:To investigate the distribution characteristics of T lymphocyte T cell receptor (TCR) Vβsub_family in acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma. Methods: The expression of TCR Vβ subfamilies in peripheral blood or lymph nodes was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) among acute lymphoblas_tic leukemia (5 cases) and lymphoma patients (2 cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, 3 cases of diffuse large B lym_phoma, 3 cases of peripheral T lymphoma). Results: The expression of TCR Vβ subfamilies was restricted in peripheral blood among acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and three cases of lymphoma patients. However, the other three cases were not inhibited. The expression of Vβ subfamilies in lymph nodes specimens was all restricted. Conclusion:Detecting TCR gene rearrangements plays a supplementary role in the diagnosis of lymphoma or lymphoblastic leukemia.
