在微孔弹性体和慢回弹配方的基础上,制备了聚氨酯运动护膝组合料,探讨聚醚多元醇、扩链剂含量、异氰酸酯比例等对运动护膝制品性能的影响。研究表明,当特种聚醚质量为70份时,制品冲击吸收性能最佳,达到48?42%;当1,4?丁二醇(BDO)质量为7份时,冲击吸收性能最大为46?51%,解决了运动护膝的抗震缓冲性和运动舒适性,为避免人们在运动中关节受到损伤提供了保障。
在微孔彈性體和慢迴彈配方的基礎上,製備瞭聚氨酯運動護膝組閤料,探討聚醚多元醇、擴鏈劑含量、異氰痠酯比例等對運動護膝製品性能的影響。研究錶明,噹特種聚醚質量為70份時,製品遲擊吸收性能最佳,達到48?42%;噹1,4?丁二醇(BDO)質量為7份時,遲擊吸收性能最大為46?51%,解決瞭運動護膝的抗震緩遲性和運動舒適性,為避免人們在運動中關節受到損傷提供瞭保障。

The polyurethane composite material for sport knee pad was obtained on the basis of the microcellu?lar polyurethane elastomer formula and the slow rebound foam formula. The effects of polyether polyol, the chain extender and isocyanates on the mechanical properties were also discussed. The results showed that the optimum shock?absorbing performance reached 48?42% when the special polyether content was 70 fractions. The impact ab?sorption performance reached the peak 46?51% when the chain extension agent content was 7 fractions. The prob?lem of the cushioning and motion comfort was solved and avoided the joint damage in sports.
