以高活性聚醚多元醇、自制特种聚醚、交联剂乙二醇、催化剂及表面活性剂为A组分,自制改性异氰酸酯为B组分,制备了汽车方向盘用全水发泡自结皮聚氨酯泡沫。研究了乙二醇用量对产品硬度和性能的影响,并采用袋式法测量了产品的挥发有机物( VOC )含量。结果表明,乙二醇用量增加,产品硬度增高;由该组合料生产的自结皮聚氨酯泡沬方向盘产品的VOC含量满足国内目前最苛刻的VOC测试标准(袋式法)的要求;并且该组合料的现场加工工艺性好,密度低,排气孔溢料少,满足汽车方向盘的生产工艺和产品质量要求。

The water?blown low?VOC PU integral skin foam for automotive steering wheel was prepared using 3?functional polyether polyol, special polyol, ethyl glycol,catalyst and surfactant as A component, modified isocya?nate as B component. The effection of EG dosage on product hardness and properties was researched. The contentof VOC was tested by Bag test method. The result showed that the hardness increased with EG content increasing.The content of VOC which produced by the PU system could meet the most demanding standards (Bag test method)in the domestic. Meanwhile,the results of the test in steering wheel plant showed that the processing properties werevery good with low density and less overflow, which satisfied with the process and quality requirements of the auto?motive steering wheel.
