通过对广东农工商职业技术学院2010～2013届房地产经营与估价专业毕业生就业质量的抽样调查，分别从就业地区分布、就业单位类型、专业相关度、就业满意度和职业稳定性等指标分析四届毕业生就业质量的现状，并从培养目标、培养模式等层面提出了专业建设的相关建议。

Using 2010~2013 graduates’ survey data,this paper studies the employment quality of majors of real estate management and valuation in Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College. It surveys the regional distribution,types of businesses, relevance between college students’ study and their jobs,job satisfaction and career stability of four sessions of graduates. Then this paper proposes some suggestions from the perspectives of cultivation targets and cultivation models.
